As creative director I worked closely with the marketing team, sales team and our lash educators to create a new experience for our lash artist education program. We wanted to create an experience where lash artist can practice and learn from home before they are in class. Helping lash artists to learn before and start to lean before class would help them learn faster and be more confident when they complete the lash course.
I was able to interview multiple lash artist and educators to learn about the pain point of learning how to lash and ways they believe could make the experience better. Also talking with the stakeholders to understand the vision they had as well was key for the success of the launch. After the interviews process I was able to create user personas with the marketing team to help us create a great user experience.
